During your time at Iowa State you will have two primary login IDs: your Net-ID and your University ID. You need to create a unique password for each of these accounts. You will use these IDs and passwords to access the online services provided by ISU.
Your Net-ID is your university email address without the "@iastate.edu" and is used to access Blackboard, email, and other services at ISU. To register for a Net-ID you will need your University ID.
Your University ID is the bold nine-digit number on the front of your ISU Card, and is used to log into AccessPlus. AccessPlus is where you will find important ISU information such as your U-Bill, transcript request forms, and tax information.
For questions related to your University ID or your ISUCard, contact the ISU Card Office.
You can also reset your Net-ID password, shoud you forget it.
Security Tip: Create strong passwords, and different passwords for each of your accounts to help keep your information secure.
